‘Callcentra steeds brutaler’

De toon waarop callcentra mensen benaderen wordt steeds onbeschofter. Dat stelt de stichting Consumentenlijn Telemarketing na onderzoek. “Mensen die ongevraagd gestoord worden door een telefonische verkoper worden uitgescholden en ziektes toegewenst”, aldus directeur Nieuwenhuis in De Telegraaf (Terreur als klant wil ophangen).

    Haha! I used to work in a call centre and so I’ve experienced the loathing from the other way around – our office motto was “can these people not understand that we don’t care?” :) I was a sincerely terrible employee. I was really nice and did everything I could to the people who were nice to me, but some people were awful!

    There is no excuse for call centres though, they’re bang-head-off-wall-repeatedly useless.
